✧ COMMUNICATION ✧

I will keep in regular contact with the client regarding the commission, and provide updates whenever possible.
Please regularly check for new messages. I will not continue on progress until the commission is approved. I will wait one week for a response before continuing regardless.I require the client to be open to this, as I want to ensure the commission is as desired and will ask questions and for confirmation throughout the process.Communication methods can be found in a separate page of this site.

✧ USAGE OF ARTWORK ✧

Finished artwork CANNOT be used by ANYONE, including the client, for commercial use unless previously discussed.
Physical items (i.e. shirts, buttons, stickers) can be made so long as it is for personal use, my watermark is intact, and no profit is made. Please consult me about this beforehand.I allow the client to post the artwork I have made for them, so long as I am PROPERLY CREDITED. Toyhouse uploads must be linked to my Toyhouse account, Kryntox.
I wish to be tagged in public social media posts featuring my artwork; my accounts are linked on my main carrd, though all of them are just simply Kryntox. Though less preferred, "art by Kryntox" works as well, as a simple Google search will bring up my social media.
But I MUST be credited by name.
Under no circumstance do I want my artwork on sites such as Pinterest if it can be helped.Absolutely NONE of the artwork created by me, Kryntox, whether it's personal, commissioned, or otherwise, can be used in ANY way for NFTs, cryptocurrency, and any blockchain/crypto-related entities that have existed, do exist, and ever will exist; I also do not permit usage of my work in AI art generation. I, in no way, support cryptocurrency, NFTs, and AI art, and anyone found using my work for this will be blacklisted from working with me. I want absolutely no association with AI and the blockchain, and my work is prohibited from ever being involved with it. I will NOT do NFT commissions, or accept cryptocurrency.If anything is on the blockchain or seen in AI that was created by me, it has been stolen. I will never involve myself in crypto.

✧ PAYMENT METHODS ✧

I require payment upfront, though payment plans are an option for commissions higher than $100 USD. Work will not start until full payment is received.All of my prices are in USD, so I require payments to be in it as well. I am not responsible for conversions.I prefer payment via Cash App, but also accept PayPal payments. I also accept payment via Ko-fi by directly purchasing a commission slot from there.
Please note some options are not available via Ko-fi.I do NOT accept virtual currencies (i.e. dA points), game currencies, vouchers, gift cards, or cryptocurrencies.If paying via PayPal, I will require the client's email to send an invoice. Ensure the payment is marked as not needing an address.
If it has an address attached, PayPal will assume there is a physical item to send out, when there isn't.
I do not want or need anyone's address.

✧ CHARACTER OWNERSHIP ✧

I will only draw characters the client has at least partial ownership of. I am also okay with taking commissions as gifts for friends, partners, family, etc. so long as the characters belong to them.When commissioning me, I ask the client not to transfer character ownership during the process without directly informing me. I find it extremely confusing, and will not wish to work with the commissioner in the future.I will not draw canon character designs from copyrighted media, unless the commissioner is the creator of said media. AUs and fan designs may be acceptable under certain circumstances up to my discretion.
Fan characters and kinsonas are okay.If I find that a character design I have been commissioned to draw was knowingly stolen by the commissioner, I will blacklist and cease any further work with them.

✧ CHARACTER DESIGNS ✧

My character designs may be redesigned as much and as frequently as the owner sees fit, as long as I have credits for the design's initial creation.My designs CANNOT be used in illegal, hateful, & otherwise bigoted/immoral content (i.e. zoophilia, pedophilia, anti-LGBT, racism, ableism, etc.). Anyone found doing this will be permanently blacklisted from working with me.I will only make a closed species if the commissioner has a MYO slot, and the species allows for others to design for the MYO. I may not wish to design certain closed species.DO NOT GIVE ME COMPLETE ARTISTIC FREEDOM. This stresses me out. Customs & redesigns must have sufficient direction for me to go in, or I will reject it.It is not permitted to sell a character I created for more than its base value, which is the initial price paid for it by default. Only once artwork has been received which adds to the character's value may it be sold for more.For redesigns, I require being assigned designer credits on Toyhouse once complete. The only term mentioned above that will apply to the character's new design is that it cannot be used for hateful, illegal, bigoted content. Otherwise, original designer's terms still fully apply.

✧ TURNAROUND TIME ✧

I try to keep turnarounds within a month's time; however, due to health and life circumstances, this is not a guarantee. Please give me patience. If waiting will be an issue, I highly recommend seeking out someone else.I can do deadlines if I am given at least 2 weeks in advance, especially for larger commissions.I will not accept sudden deadlines with no notice or deadlines less than two weeks out, especially if I do not have enough time to complete the commission.

✧ REFUNDS ✧

A client may ask for a refund if I have not shown proof of progress within 2 months. Once progress has been made, a refund cannot be requested. If I feel I cannot complete the commission, I will give a full or partial refund dependent on progress, and give the client what was completed.I may also provide refunds at my own discretion. I hold the right to reject and refund at my discretion and cease communication.Refunds will not be given once the artwork is finished.
